Once again, providing proof that the tomato is indeed not a vegetable.
And, for the record, I hate tomatoes.
This photo was taken with my iPhone 4. I think it is one of the clearest photographs I’ve taken with that device.
The grain is due to this being just a detail of the original. As usual, I developed the image using Lightroom.
Isn’t a tomato a vegetable (plant) but being the seed, it is also a fruit? Lost in Monte Rio?

it is so easy to forget that the tomato is a fruit because of how it is formed. a lovely, colorful shot. must have tasted delicious. what are the white with black seeds fruits?

tomatoes might be fruits but they taste better as vegetables for sure! the pitaya (dragon fruit) is incredibly beautiful as a whole fruit. i’ll look for it when in san francisco at asian food stores.
